1) Services
Sudz provides mobile car wash and detailing services at the location nominated by the Customer.
Services are performed based on the selected booking and any agreed add-ons.
2) Access & Site Conditions
- The Customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
- The vehicle must be accessible and free of obstructions.
- If access is not available on arrival, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
3) No-Show & Late Cancellation
- A 50% no-show fee applies to all bookings where the Customer is unavailable or access is not provided.
- Late cancellations, including same-day cancellations, may also incur a 50% fee.
4) Weather
- Sudz operates in light weather conditions.
- If it rains, it is the Customer’s responsibility to notify Sudz to cancel or reschedule.
- Failure to notify us prior to arrival may result in a late cancellation or no-show fee.
5) Vehicle Condition
Sudz is not responsible for pre-existing damage including scratches, paint defects,
faded or oxidised paint, loose trims or interior wear. Any concerns must be raised prior to service.
6) Vehicle Value & Liability Limitation
Sudz is insured to wash and detail vehicles with a market value of up to AUD $500,000.
Where a vehicle’s market value exceeds this amount, Sudz accepts no liability for any loss or damage
arising from the provision of services. By proceeding with a booking, the Customer acknowledges and
accepts this limitation.
7) Personal Items
Customers are responsible for removing personal items prior to service.
Sudz is not liable for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
8) Satisfaction
Any concerns must be raised on the day of service.
Where appropriate, Sudz may offer rectification or a partial refund at its discretion.
9) Subscriptions
Missed appointments due to access issues, weather or customer unavailability may be forfeited.
Sudz reserves the right to reschedule recurring bookings where operationally required.
10) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sudz’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
11) Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Acceptance:
In the absence of a signature, by proceeding with a booking and accepting the service,
you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
